    Thats some nice weight. What are rack pulls?

      Rack pulls are just deadlifts off of pins. I use the lowest pin available. I train regular deadlifts as well, just this time I'm running rack pulls for a change

        Going to get this going again, been working on getting DTP and JP8x Hardcore back in production.

          I'll keep this log going Chuck, wasn't sure if anyone was checking them out anymore or not I'm running a 5/3/1 routine at the moment. To get more work in, I'll probably run it 8/5/3 in the early stages when the weights should be "lighter"

            Ok cool. Yeah when I switched to this new forum (Ive had 3 forums since 2002), I lost a lot of member contact info. Now I have one that wont change if I change my site, so it will pick up.
