    Here is my ideal split when I have time to workout on the days I need to:

    Monday: Chest - Tris
    Tues: Back bi's
    Wed: Off
    Thurs: Chest Delts
    Friday: Off or Cardio
    Saturday: Legs
    Sunday: Off or Cardio

    My split is always a three day split that rotates around multijoint movements, Chest, Back, Legs.

    This looks good; was just reading last night an older article from PM, from about 5 years ago. It was in regard to training the chest. It didn't include a split, but this here will work.
    Chuck, anyway you can add the articles you've written on the forum? * Just looked at the date, it's from 2008, March.

    Also, what's your current split?
